Radcliffe and Associates has deep roots in Nebraska politics. The
preceding firm, Tews and Radcliffe, had as it’s senior partner David
Tews, who served in the Nebraska Legislature in the 1950’s. Walt
Radliffe practiced law with Max Kier, the former Speaker of Nebraska’s
bicameral legislature in the 1930’s and Roland Luedtke, former Speaker,
Lt. Governor, and Mayor of Lincoln. Radcliffe also served as Assistant
Clerk to the legislature and as Counsel to the Speaker, Counsel to the
Judiciary Committee, and Counsel to the Banking, Commerce and Insurance
Committee. Korby Gilbertson joined the firm as an attorney and lobbyist
in 1996, having worked for Radcliffe & Associates as support staff for
the previous seven years. Justin Brady joined the firm as an attorney
and lobbyist in 2003, having worked for Radcliffe & Associates as
support staff for the previous five years.
Tradition, endurance and success have made our services the well-defined
and long-established standard in the profession. We have a rich history
and established methods that contribute to our distinct representation
of clients. The essence of our mission has remained constant over the
decades. The best interest of the client through ethical representation
is the primary interest to be considered. In order for the client to
have the benefit of developing knowledge and intelligence, a union of
forces is necessary. Political representation is a cooperative venture;
the lobbyist, the lawyer, the specialist, technicians and public
relations must unite for the benefit of the client.
Our objectives and organizational values effect all that we do -- our
interaction with clients, elected officials and administrators, our
decision-making, our planning and goal-setting. Decisions must be
based upon client’s needs and values, coupled with our knowledge
and experience. We must work together to achieve results, while
respecting those we work with and serve.
